The house with a green heart, featuring a central garden atrium and vertical garden. The house is a recently completed house and another successful project in Waterfall Country Estate by Johannesburg architects, Gottsmann Architects. The spatial layout of the house focuses primarily around an inner garden atrium which features plants, water fountain, a contemplation space and a living green wall. Ultimately the atrium set out to be the heart of the house around which many of the spaces are orientated and which also brings life into the interior spaces of the building.
